Cegid, a European leader in cloud-based management solutions for professionals in finance (ERP, treasury, tax), human resources (payroll, talent management), accounting, retail and entrepreneurship, announces today the completion of its acquisition of Exalog, a particularly innovative editor of cloud-based payment and treasury management software for SMEs and ISEs, with 90 employees.
As of today, Exalog becomes Exalog, A Cegid Company.
Paris, February 8th, 2024 – Cegid announced its intention to acquire Exalog on January 30th, and today confirms that the deal has now been finalized.

We are delighted to have finalized the acquisition of Exalog, which fits perfectly with our development and innovation strategy. More than ever, our aim is to give the CFOs the visibility, competitiveness and security they need to optimize the performance of their organizations and prepare for the future”, says Jean-Baptiste Auzou, Director of Cegid’s Finance Business Unit.
