Manage your SEPA direct debits in the Direct-debits software in 3 stages
- Stage 1
Implementing a sales contract with your customers
- Stage 2
Processing your SEPA direct debit due dates and sending to the banks
Monitoring your payment schedules by subscriber
When you implement sales contracts, you will need to enter the following information into Direct-debits:
- The length of the contract
- How often your SDD (SEPA Direct Debits) direct debits will be debited
- Your due date amounts
- The bank details of your debtors
- Your SEPA mandate details
You can therefore automate your SDD (SEPA Direct Debits) direct debit payment schedules.
You can monitor your collections while your direct debit due dates are processed. After this stage, the Direct-debits SEPA direct debit software enables you to generate the file to be sent in XML ISO 20022 format. This file can be sent directly via the EBICS T/TS protocol or placed on your banks’ websites.
